Harv Moen

Board member for the past 10 years.  Served on fund raising, parade and nominating committees.  Most recently served as chairman for the “Flying Colors” Over Roseville Community Festival sponsored by the Roseville Central Park Foundation.

A resident of Roseville for the past 23 years.  Retired after 38 years with TCF Bank.  Previous president of the St. Anthony Sports Boosters, board member of the Roseville Youth Hockey Association and coached or managed numerous youth sports team.

Has a great interest in continuing to keep Roseville Central Park the “CROWN JEWEL” of Roseville.
